Welcome toTayLay Productions LLC. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

2. Definitions

  • "We," "us," "our," or "the company" refers toTayLay Productions LLC.

  • "You," "your," or "customer" refers to the person accessing and using our website.

  • "Products" refers to the prints, clothing, and household accessories available for sale on our website.

3. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

6. Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollar and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin video production. When the final draft has been finalized, the remaining 50% will be due to receive delivery and full video rights. Upon delivery of the final draft, all sales are final.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollar and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Recurring payments, if canceled, must be paid in full for the next following pay cycle and will be canceled only after payment is fulfilled.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made within 7 days following receipt of final payment. Delivery will be made via Google Drive or other media upon request.

Revisions

  • 3 revisions are allowed without further payment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping to The US. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within 4 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of TayLay Productions LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, TayLay Productions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of products.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado state laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado state laws.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
